Our initial experiences focus on indoor celebrations. Severe weather can still affect safe travel or venue access. Weather-related changes will be handled under the written terms for your event.
All participating children count toward your package allowance. Additional children and extra time are subject to capacity, materials, staffing, and scheduling. Tell us about changes so we can confirm the revised quote.
A responsible parent or guardian must stay and supervise their children. Our experiences are not drop-off childcare. Share allergy, accessibility, sensory, and age-related needs while planning so we can discuss appropriate activities and materials.
Theme requests are subject to availability, materials, and the agreed quote. Specific licensed characters, branded artwork, and special designs require suitable options and permissions. Third-party brands do not sponsor or endorse Play All Night unless explicitly stated.

Permission to use identifiable images of children in promotional material should be requested separately from the parent or guardian.
