We’re starting with Dallas and nearby DFW communities. Send your city or ZIP code and we’ll confirm availability. We can discuss your venue or help explore a Blush Event Garden venue.
Does the starting price include a venue, food, or décor? +
Only the child count, celebration length, experience allowance, and starting price shown are currently confirmed on the website. Venue, food, décor, staffing, taxes, and final inclusions are specified in your written quote.
Does submitting a request reserve my date? +
No. Your request starts the conversation. No payment is collected on this website, and a date is not held or booked until our team confirms the booking requirements in writing.
How do payments work? +
After we review your request, we’ll provide a quote and booking terms. Any deposit, balance due date, payment method, and cancellation or rescheduling terms will be shared before you commit.
Can I request a theme? +
Yes. Share favorite colors, interests, or a general theme. Custom décor, special materials, and additional services may change the quote. We’ll confirm what’s available before you book.
Can I request a licensed character? +
Tell us what you have in mind. Character options depend on partner availability and any required permissions. Play All Night is not affiliated with or endorsed by third-party character owners, and specific licensed appearances are not promised by sample photos.
Can I add children or more time? +
Yes, subject to capacity and scheduling. Additional children are $45 Core, $55 Signature, or $65 Ultimate per child. Extra time is $150 for 30 minutes or $275 for one hour. Your quote confirms any experience-specific adjustments.
Are parents expected to stay? +
Yes. Parents or guardians remain responsible for supervising their children. These celebrations are not a drop-off childcare service.
What about allergies, access, or sensory needs? +
Tell us during planning so we can discuss activity suitability, materials, venue access, and available accommodations. We cannot promise an allergen-free environment.
What if weather affects our plans? +
Our experiences focus on indoor celebrations. If weather affects travel, venue access, or safe operation, contact us through the planning form. Any weather-related arrangements will follow the written terms for your booking.
Will children be photographed? +
Ask about photo arrangements when planning. Participation is not a blanket permission to use a child’s identifiable image in marketing. Any promotional permission should be requested separately from the parent or guardian.
Can you help if I haven’t chosen a package? +
Absolutely. Choose “Help me choose” on the planning form and share your date, guest count, and what they enjoy.
