Play All Night is a kids and family entertainment brand within Everjoy Group. This website’s community form is intended for parents and guardians age 18 or older.

What we collect

When you join, we store your name, email address, city, selected interests, signup date, and your email consent record. Please do not provide children’s names, ages, or other personal information.

Birthday reservation requests

When you request a celebration, we store your adult contact details, preferred dates and time, location and venue preferences, guest counts, package and activity choices, and any notes you submit. We use these details to respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote. Submitting a request does not sign you up for marketing emails, hold a date, or confirm a booking. Please do not include children’s names, birthdates, or sensitive personal details. Requests are available only in our protected owner inbox.

How we use it

We use your signup information to manage our community list and send updates about Play All Night events, products, packages, and family content. Submitting this form does not register you for an event or purchase a product.

Email preferences

You can unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link provided with community emails. You can also contact the Play All Night organizer through our Eventbrite listing to ask us to update or delete your information. Each exported record includes an unsubscribe link for use when sending emails.

Access and services

Community records are stored for Play All Night, with the owner’s list page restricted to authorized access. Hosting and email service providers may process information to deliver these services. We do not sell community signup information. We retain records as needed to manage the community and respect opt-out requests.

External websites

Event registration and purchases through Eventbrite are handled under Eventbrite’s own policies. This site uses Google Fonts, which your browser may request from Google. We use first-party traffic analytics to count page views, returning browsers, visits, referring domains, and broad device categories. Random browser and visit identifiers are stored in your browser and sent to our website; they are not linked to your community signup. We do not store your IP address, full referring URL, or browsing activity on other websites. Browser privacy settings may prevent this tracking. We do not use advertising trackers.
